Returns policy

Every jewel that you purchase is made to order in our studio at Thessaloniki, Greece.

This means that it can take up to 15 working days to produce before shipping.

For domestic orders shipping can take up to 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped with a tracking code. For international orders shipping can take up to 5-12 working days. Exercitatio Fenae is not responsible for taxes, duty fees and/or any charges applied by customs for international orders.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return the item of jewellery you can do so within 15 days of your purchase. The item must be in its original condition (i.g. not worn), original packaging and accompanied by its receipt.

We do not offer refunds but we will be happy to exchange it with another jewel from our shop or provide store credit.

We strongly suggest that you use a shipping method with a tracking number to send items back to our studio address: Foteini Gkontosidou, Achiroiitou 5, 54635, Thessaloniki, Greece.

Exercitatio Fenae does not cover the shipping cost of your return or is responsible for any lost or damaged item during postage.
